The Preschool and Child Development Program includes daily activities in math, science, art, music, dramatic play, self-help, and outdoor play. Children in the program also have the opportunity to develop their language and early literacy skills through these activities.
• Ages: 3–5 years old
Program staff is trained to provide many learning activities that are developmentally appropriate for the child's age. The program follows the mission of providing quality education and opportunity for all students to succeed. District programs, activities, and practices connected to this program are stated to be free from unlawful discrimination, including discrimination based on race, color, ancestry, nationality, national origin, ethnic group identification, age, religion, marital, pregnancy, or parental status, physical or mental disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or expression, or genetic information, as well as perceptions or associations related to these characteristics. District programs and activities are also stated to be free of any racially derogatory or discriminatory school or athletic team names, mascots, or nicknames.
