From humble beginnings in 1951, the Santa Clara Swim Club has a long history in the sport of swimming. Its mission is to inspire athletes to pursue excellence through the sport of swimming. The club notes 48 National Titles, 80 Olympians, and 71 Olympic Medals, and it is celebrating 75 years. The program describes itself as “The Bay's Winningest” and uses a training methodology based on “Progressive Adaptation,” an adaptive philosophy used by many top swim clubs nationwide.
