Clint Greenwood Soccer Academy offers private lesson programs, one on one programs, small group clinics, team and club training, and teaching classes that use the Greenwood Method in every program. Training activities include individual technical ability and ball mastery, dribbles, juggling, tricks, lifts, ball gymnastics, passing and receiving, finishing, long balls, driven balls, chips, lofts, swerving balls, free kicks, combination moves, combination passing in the penalty area, and dummies. Players also take part in Soccerobics, Soccercise, speed, agility and quickness enhancement, reaction training, track work, apparatus training, fast feet development, weight training, plyometric instruction, and video analysis, along with work on tactical sense and Soccer IQ and overall football and soccer history and laws of the game.

The program uses the Greenwood Method as a system of teaching and nurturing high level players to stay sharp and fit mentally and physically, with unique and innovative exercises as a mainstay component in camps, clinics, private instruction, team training, and guest coaching. CGSA Memberships are designed for players who want personal SMART goals, detailed data on the progress the student obtains, and data tracked and recorded daily by coaching staff, with programs that contain technical, tactical, and physical challenging teaching the game of football. The staff focuses on individual technical ability, speed, agility and quickness enhancement, tactical sense and Soccer IQ, soccer personality including mental capacity and soccer physique, and concentrates on each student's diet and weight training with an emphasis on lower body strength and keeping the upper body more cut with less body fat. The academy states an emphasis on dedication, devotion, love, loyalty, respect, and education, and lists motto elements that include God, Family, Football and Academy Education, Team and Club, and Each One Teach One.
