About the provider
Amy Kwan and Andy Kwan created Pacific Diving in 1997. They opened a small diving gym in Norwalk in 2000 and opened PDA USA Sports Training Center in 2004. Amy Kwan is a former NCAA diver and USC and National Competitor, and Andy Kwan is a 1984 Olympian, a former Taiwanese National Team coach, a former UCLA diving program coach, and a 2-time U.S. National diving team coach.
