Aerial Kids

Aerial Kids offers a variety of activities including circus, fitness, aerial silks, climbs, locks, and poses. The program is held at Vertex, providing a unique experience for children interested in these dynamic activities.

The program is led by Kristen Krup, a certified personal trainer, and Carolina Wolohan, who has over 15 years of experience teaching children in various modalities. Founded in 1995, Aerial Kids emphasizes a small group setting where no previous experience is required, and modifications are available for every skill level and body type. Participants are advised to wear fitted pants or leggings, a long or short-sleeved shirt without zippers or velcro, remove jewelry, tie back hair, wear deodorant, and bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and notebook.
