About
Mike Hauser Academy is a county-wide program that offers incoming 9th grade English Language Learner (ELL) students and those needing extra math and science support the chance to visit STEM-related companies. Students interact with engineers and professionals, observing demonstrations and participating in hands-on activities.
• Ages: 14 years old
• Schedule: three-week summer school program
The program is led by Dylan Nix and has received awards for its contributions. It is involved with the community through partnerships with the Healdsburg, Rohnert Park, and Sebastopol Chambers.
