PHAS3 Kids Martial Arts/Muay Thai (Future Champions)

PHAS3 Kids Martial Arts/Muay Thai – Future Champions includes Muay Thai kids classes and kickboxing. Classes use boxing gloves for punching and kicking drills on punching bags, shadow boxing, partner work, and a Laser Rope game.

• Schedule: Class options Monday–Friday between 4–7 pm and Saturday between 9–11 am

The PHAS3 Future Champion program is described as vigorously designed to provide social, physical, emotional, and attitudinal growth, with a focus on kickboxing skills as well as attitude and character. Every class begins with reciting “mantras” of personal excellence, responsibility, and honor. The Laser Rope game is described as designed to develop a child’s timing, spatial awareness, and desire to achieve. The program offers two free introductory lessons, and the first class is free.

PHAS3 Martial Arts is certified by legendary Muay Thai champion and UFC Coach Jongsanan “Woodenman,” and was recognized as the first “Woodenman Muay Thai Certified” kickboxing school in North America. World-class Muay Thai coaches Jongsanan “Woodenman” and Monlit Sitpohdaeng recognized PHAS3 as the first “Woodenman Muay Thai Certified” kickboxing school in North America. PHAS3 offers programs for Kids Martial Arts/Muay Thai, Beginner and Intermediate Muay Thai/Martial Arts, Advanced UFC/Muay Thai Fighter Training, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, with a stated policy to offer training to everyone from Elite Fighters to Everyday Warriors and Future Champions. PHAS3 states that it prides itself on a family atmosphere that welcomes students of all skill levels, from day 1 beginners to professional competitors. Santa Rosa Martial Arts school PHAS3 Muay Thai has been helping students of all skill levels since 2004.

According to the mission statement, the PHAS3 Training Center provides a program of development for a child’s kickboxing skills, attitude, and character, and teaches that through dedicated, intense work, worthwhile goals in life are possible, with the stated goal to train a child to become a “Champion of Life.” The community invitation describes Bay Area Muay Thai and martial arts training, including Santa Rosa Muay Thai kickboxing and kids martial arts.

Parent testimonials describe PHAS3 as having great training programs with something for everyone and note that two children with different needs and personalities both get a lot out of it, with comments about growth in mind and body and instructors’ ability to connect with students.
