PHAS3 Martial Arts is founded and led by instructor and owner Ben Brown, a world class coach who began training in martial arts at age 5, grew up in his father’s martial arts school, started teaching at 14, and has continued teaching martial arts for over 47 years, including more than 20 years at this location. He has trained military and law enforcement and has taught self-defense across the globe. While teaching in Taiwan, he trained in Thailand with Muay Thai legend and UFC coach Jongsanan Fairtex, known as the “Woodenman,” and became the first man in America to be certified by him. Ben Brown trains champion-level combat athletes who compete and win internationally, is a public and motivational speaker, and personally hand-selects PHAS3 instructors. PHAS3 offers classes for kids ages 5 and up, teenagers, and adults of every fitness and experience level, and provides training for the highest level of Muay Thai and MMA competition.
