About

SRJC Theatre Arts offers activities in Performing Arts and Cultural Studies. The program is held at the Burbank Main Theatre and Studio Theatre, providing a comprehensive theatre experience. The faculty and staff are working professionals and educators dedicated to fostering imagination, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The program is led by Justin Smith, M.F.A., who serves as the Department Interim Chair and Artistic Director. Santa Rosa Junior College is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges, Western Association of Schools and Colleges. The Theatre Arts Department is committed to cultural diversity and individual education, offering open auditions to all SRJC students and community actors.
