Santee Music Academy Music Lessons and Programs offers private and group music lessons, including piano, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, drums, bass, ukulele, voice and singing, violin, orchestra, and band lessons. The program also offers after school music programs and provides both studio and virtual lesson options.

Santee Music Academy Music Lessons and Programs teaches over 1,200 students from ages 4 to adult and states that its full-time mission is teaching music lessons. Music teachers have either college training or professional performance experience. Lessons use technologically advanced equipment and gear, including music teaching apps, music software, Skype, and other tools, and students are allowed to use their own device in lessons. The program integrates technology such as teaching apps from the iTunes store, GarageBand, and ProTools into lessons. It also offers early morning and lunchtime lessons for homeschoolers, retirees, college students, and working professionals.
Santee Music Academy Music Lessons and Programs uses the Musical Ladder System, which includes opportunities for students to earn special color wristband bracelets, trophies, and certificates for passing musical tests. The program is an Official Family Safety Plan Music School and has implemented the Family Safety Plan, which includes glass windows on lesson rooms, full-time office staff, extensive background checks of all teachers and staff, security cameras in all rooms, and an open-door policy for parents.
