Paren testimonials:

"Thank you so much for your service to the community in giving children the opportunity to explore the world around them in such a special way! John had the best time. He came home everyday excited for what the next day would bring. And, our son is usually slow to warm. The camp leaders, the captain and the itinerary were clearly chosen and developed from experience and the wisdom of knowing what children could and would like to learn from. John has already begged us to sign him up again next year!"

“My daughter had an awesome time and can’t wait to come back next summer. The camp counselors were lighthearted, fun, and helped my daughter feel safe to learn.”

"Quincy loved to untie knots, sail under the GGB, watch the halibut that was caught be filleted by the captain He had a great experience and we will definitely be back next year As a parent I really appreciated that the first day at pick up the crew came to me and asked how they could better support Q and I told them he has a lot of energy (adhd, dyslexia, high functioning autism) and they nodded their heads and said, “ok we know now. We are going to give him jobs and noise canceling headphones”. That was a complete blessing for Q and it allowed the other campers to listen to instructions without Q interrupting. I believe after that the crew was able to really have a great experience with the campers and Q was happy everyday and totally excited to get to the boat each morning. We feel INCLUDED , respected. The maturity of the older boys was a blessings for Q they could tell he needed some extra support and understanding. Some of the boys were coming to ask Q for help which built his confidence."

"Thank you everyone!! Our boys thoroughly enjoyed the camp. Thanks for all you did to inspire and engage the kids. It was hands down the best camp they have done. The boats they came home with were beautiful too. Thank you so much for keeping camp going, and so conscientiously, with such a fun and engaging program."
