Be Gr8 Basketball Academy offers Weekly Skills Training Classes that include options such as Bitty Ballers, Juniors Class, and Seniors Class. The program also offers 1 on 1 Private Training, Guest Coach Team Training, Semi Private sessions for 2–3 athletes, Small Group sessions for 4 or more athletes, and Home School P.E. Sessions.

Coach Shaun, the Founder and Director, brings over 20 years of coaching experience to Be Gr8 Basketball Academy. The leadership team includes Coach Shaun, Coach Gabe as a shooting coach working with Advanced Seniors, and Coach Devin, who is a junior at Serra High School in the South Bay. The academy focuses on the FUNdamentals in a fun and competitive environment for youth ages 5 to 14, with small group training classes set at a 10 to 1 ratio and personalized skill development and sportsmanship. Training classes and private sessions are for both boys and girls, and the program is built to be fun, to nurture a healthy competitive spirit, and to promote the pursuit of Gr8ness through ethical and responsible behavior on and off the court. The mission of Be Gr8 Basketball Academy is to use the game of basketball as a tool to unlock Gr8ness in young athletes on and off the court, and it holds a © 2020 BeGr8 Basketball Academy history.
The program states that it hopes to bring back the love of the game to the South Bay and Los Angeles communities.
