Inversion Gym Recreational & Team Programs offers Kindergym, Girls Recreational Gymnastics, Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T) recreational classes, Aerial Arts, Adult Classes, and gymnastics. The program also includes Trampoline & Tumbling and Aerial Arts options, as well as Women's Artistic and Trampoline & Tumbling competition teams. Recreational programs are described as progression-based, fun, and inclusive, with recreational classes designed for athletes of all ages and interests, and classes starting at 18 months.

Kindergym is described as a playful introduction to movement, balance, and coordination for the youngest athletes. Girls Recreational Gymnastics are described as skill-based classes that build strength, flexibility, and confidence in a fun environment. Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T) recreational classes focus on safe progressions in trampoline, tumbling, and double mini. Aerial Arts includes silks, hoop, and other aerial apparatus for youth and teens, and Adult Classes are fitness-focused gymnastics, tumbling, and aerial training for adults of all levels.
The mission of Inversion Gym is to provide safe, professional quality gymnastics education for children and teens. The leadership team includes owners Tristan Cochrane, identified as a USST Alum, and Amy Thompson, identified as a USAG Competitive Coach & Judge. Coaches are described as experienced, supportive, and dedicated, providing personalized attention and guidance to help every gymnast achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
