Bay Area Ballet Conservatory

Bay Area Ballet Conservatory offers classical ballet classes rooted in the Russian Vaganova training method, along with other complimentary dance forms. The program also includes an annual year-end concert that all students may participate in, The Nutcracker auditions for students age 5 and up, Bay Area Ballet Youth Company invitations for students in Level 4A and up, and adult program drop-in classes for ages 16 to 99.

• The Nutcracker auditions — 5 and up · Students age 5 and up audition for The Nutcracker.
• Bay Area Ballet Youth Company (BABYC) — Level 4A and up · Students in Level 4A and up receive invitations.
• Pre-season prep drop-in classes — August 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20 & 21 · For Level 4A-6; available exclusively to registered Bay Area Ballet Conservatory students.
• Adult program drop-in classes — 16-99 · Mondays at 7:00 pm; Tuesdays at 7:15 pm · Open adult dance classes.

About the provider

The program’s mission is to grow the next generation of dancers and to instill a lifelong appreciation of dance, theater, and music in students. BABYC dancers have additional performing opportunities, competitions, and chances to serve surrounding communities.
