About

The Future Elites Program (FEP) is a developmental volleyball program where participants practice and play volleyball. It is open to both girls and boys and includes separate groups organized by age and skill level. Group assignments are determined by the FEP coaches, with one group focused on teaching volleyball fundamentals for younger and/or newer players and another group for more experienced players who are not yet ready to make the full commitment to a tournament travel team.

• Ages: 7–15 years old
• Schedule: Class options on Saturdays from 9:30–11:30AM in six-week sessions (with some five-week sessions noted)

FEP is a developmental volleyball program designed to introduce the game of volleyball to girls and boys with little or no experience, as well as to players who want to sharpen and improve their volleyball skills. Families have the option to sign up for a 6-week session with one practice per week, and classes are non-refundable, non-transferable, with no refunds for missed classes and no make-up classes. No tryouts or NCVA membership are required, and FEP will be strictly enforcing its USAV age limit beginning January 2022. FEP is described as a great opportunity to experience club volleyball while having fun and making friends.

The program follows SF Elite’s philosophy that a consistent learning environment and culture, supported by a master teaching structure, forms the foundation for how coaches develop athletes, with each team’s personality varying by coaches and personnel while guided by this overall approach and drive for excellence.

Participants are asked to bring a comfortable t-shirt (with an optional sweatshirt), shorts, knee pads, court shoes, a water bottle, and a big smile. The Winter 2026 Session runs January 10–February 21, 2026 (skipping February 14), the Spring 2026 Session runs March 7–April 18, 2026, the Summer I 2026 Session runs May 2–June 6, 2026, and the Summer II 2026 Session runs August 15–September 19, 2026.
