About
The Future Elites Program (FEP) is a developmental volleyball program where participants practice and learn volleyball. It is open to both girls and boys, including those with little or no volleyball experience as well as more experienced players who want to improve their volleyball skills. FEP is divided into separate groups organized by age and skill level, with one group focused on teaching the fundamentals for younger and/or newer players and another group for more experienced players who are not yet ready to make the full commitment to a tournament travel team.
• Ages: 7–15 years old
• Schedule: Class options on Saturdays from 9:30–11:30AM in six-week sessions, with some sessions noted as five weeks
Families have the option to sign up for a 6-week session with one practice per week, and any 5-week sessions are noted. The Winter 2026 session runs January 10–February 21, 2026 (skipping February 14), the Spring 2026 session runs March 7–April 18, 2026, the Summer I 2026 session runs May 2–June 6, 2026, and the Summer II 2026 session is listed as TBD. Group assignments are determined by the FEP coaches, and the USAV age limit for the Future Elites Program has been strictly enforced beginning January 2022. No tryouts or NCVA membership are required, classes are non-refundable and non-transferable, there are no refunds for missed classes, and there are no make-up classes. Registration for Spring 2026 opens on February 14 at 12am. Participants are asked to bring a comfortable t-shirt (with an optional sweatshirt), shorts, knee pads, court shoes, a water bottle, and a big smile.
SF Elite states that its philosophy is to have a master teaching structure in place that forms the foundation for how its coaches develop athletes, and that it believes a consistent learning environment and culture are foundational to a volleyball club’s success. The club lists multiple teams that have competed at the Girls and Boys Junior National Championships between 2018 and 2025 in various divisions, including USA, American, National, Liberty, Freedom, and Open divisions across a range of age groups. FEP is described as a great opportunity to experience club volleyball while having fun and making friends.
