South San Francisco United Youth Soccer League offers recreational soccer, competitive soccer, and seasonal leagues, including a Fall Recreation League, Winter Recreational League, Spring Recreational Soccer League, and summer programs. The program forms teams at the close of the registration period, and each team has a maximum number of players to support effective coaching, balanced playing time, and a positive experience for everyone. Late registrants are placed on a waitlist, and the Director contacts families if and when a spot becomes available that matches the child's age and skill level.

The Winter Soccer League runs from approximately mid December to early February with registration in November, and the Spring Recreational Soccer League runs from approximately mid March to early June with registration in January.
