City of Stanton Classes & Programs offers activities that include recreation games, arts, crafts, special presenters, movies, games, and prizes. Kid's Night Out is offered the last Friday of the month during the school year from 6:30–9:00pm, with an upcoming date listed as Friday, May 29. Teen Night Out is offered on a quarterly basis from 6:30–9:00pm, with the next date listed as to be determined. Family Night Out is also offered quarterly from 6:00–8:00pm, with an upcoming date listed as Friday, May 15. Some contractual classes in this program are taught by skilled and talented instructors, and some are offered at City facilities and at local businesses. The City of Stanton partners with a variety of contractual instructors who share their talents with the community, and online registration for these programs is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The City of Stanton notes its motto as “Pride. Purpose. Progress.” and identifies the Bird of Paradise as the city flower and the Jacaranda as the city tree. Library services connected with the city are provided by the County of Orange, police services are provided by the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, and fire services are provided by the Orange County Fire Authority.
