• Ages: 4–18 years old
Badon Tennis Academy has taught hundreds of players for 17 years. The academy offers lessons for all levels from complete beginners to aspiring professionals and welcomes kids and adults of all ages. The program includes a year-round, weekly Mighty Munchkins class for young kids and classes 2–3 times a week for Junior Beginner and Intermediate kids. Classes are kept small to provide a lot of individual attention in a group setting, and the 2025 clinics will be the 14th Annual Tennis Clinic. The mission of Badon Tennis Academy is to take players of all levels and help them reach the next level, whatever that may be.
Head coach and founder Veronica Badon leads the program along with coach Weston Hudson and J.B. Badon, the son of Veronica Badon. Veronica Badon and Weston Hudson are described as some of the most sought-after tennis coaches in the area. J.B. Badon is #1 in Southern California. Community involvement has included a visit from U.S. Open Champion Sloane Stephens, competition at the USTA Sectionals by Badon Tennis Academy’s 10 & Under Team, the Dropshots, and wheelchair tennis with Badon Tennis Academy and Cy Estabrook.
