Patriot Aquatics Swim Lessons and Swim Team offers swim lessons, a competitive year-round swim team, an ocean adventure learn-to-swim program, summer camps, swim meets, and a school of water polo. The program also offers an adult ABC learn-to-swim curriculum, an adult “Master Swim” program, private lessons, and training in both swimming and water polo. Athletes train using modern equipment plus extra training aids.

The program follows a Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) model that includes Double-Goal Coach, Second-Goal Parent, and Triple-Impact Competitor concepts, and it states that its double-goal coaching philosophy includes learning life lessons along with winning.
