Three Oaks Outdoor Science School is a world-class outdoor science school that stands heads and shoulders above normal science camps for kids. The program includes outdoor activities where students can hike and bike in a peaceful, gorgeous area with places to hike and bike.

Three Oaks Outdoor Science School is celebrating 85 years of continued outdoor education programming in the San Bernardino National Forest, starting in 1940 as Camp O’ongo in Running Springs, later becoming Arrowhead Ranch in 1991, and taking on its current name in 2019. The program’s mission is to create a lifelong impact of environmental advocacy through experiential learning and exploration in a safe and fun environment, while providing social skill development by breaking social barriers through teamwork and inclusivity, and giving students the opportunity to nurture their confidence and independence while developing a sense of responsibility and accountability. The staff is described as a tightly knit team of professionals. The program serves young people from across Southern California.
