For the past 10+ years, Coach Blair has served as a contractor in youth sports for the City of Fairfield and the City of Vacaville. Coach Blair started his sports career as an All Nor Cal Baseball and Football player at John F. Kennedy High School in Richmond, CA, and went on to play college football at Chico State. After college, he coached Pop Warner football and trained elite basketball players with Top Gun Academy, which produced players who went on to play at Duke, North Carolina, CAL, Washington, Pepperdine, CSUEB, and in the NBA. He continued coaching football as the JV Head Coach and Varsity assistant coach at Pinole Valley High School, where players he coached and trained went on to play at Cal, Stanford, Missouri, and in the NFL. Scott and Amy Ledford state that their family has been with Air Blair Athletics since 2018 and that it has been an all-around positive experience for their kids. Sharla Olivera shares that her son has been with Air Blair Athletics for three years and that he has really developed over the last couple of years.
