Whittier Friends School Summer Enrichment

Whittier Friends School Summer Enrichment is offered by Whittier Friends School, a small, private Quaker elementary school that also provides a year-round preschool for ages 2–6. The program has an application for 2026 Summer Enrichment and an early registration deadline of Friday, June 5.

Whittier Friends School was founded in 1974 and is a non-profit Quaker school that teaches Transitional Kindergarten through 6th grade and is now accepting applications for TK–6th for the Fall Term 2026–2027. The preschool operates under Preschool License # 198010874 and is currently taking applications with preschool hours from 7:00am–6:00pm. The school’s mission states that WFS teachers ensure individualized attention and are devoted to giving their best in education, making a brighter future for everyone. The leadership team includes Cassie Caringella (School Director and Elementary Teacher), Marielle Askew (Elementary Teacher), Lea Wright (Financial Manager), Melanie Lakner (Parent Representative), and Candice Ryder (Clerk of School Committee). Whittier Friends School enrolls and affirms students of any race, color, sexual orientation, gender expression, and national and ethnic origin and states that it does not discriminate on these bases in its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, or athletic and other school-administered programs.
