Boys & Girls Club of the Hi-Desert Programs include after-school programs, summer camps, sports and recreation programs, academic enrichment programs, and character development programs. The programs take place in safe youth facilities with dedicated professional staff and are described as affordable to all youth. The Clubs are open to all young people from 5 to 18 years of age.

The programs include ongoing, supportive relationships with caring adults and friends that foster a sense of belonging, responsibility, civility, and civic engagement. The organization offers life-changing programs that focus on Academic Success, Good Character and Citizenship, and Healthy Lifestyles, along with chances to build new skills and receive recognition for personal accomplishments. The Boys & Girls Club of the Hi-Desert is described as a vital resource that has had a significant impact on young people in the area, including improving academic performance, developing social skills, making positive choices, and avoiding risky behaviors such as substance abuse and crime.
