Discover the world of music production! In this ongoing monthly class, students learn how to create their own songs using digital audio workstations (DAWs) and the instruments they already know and love. From beat making and recording to arranging and mixing, kids gain hands-on experience with the tools used by real music producers—no prior production experience required.

Our curriculum is designed so that students can jump in at any time during the year. We consistently return to foundational concepts while introducing new techniques, ensuring that beginners feel confident and returning students stay engaged and challenged. Each session is collaborative, creative, and a great outlet for musicians who want to turn their ideas into finished tracks.

This class is perfect for young musicians, beat makers, and anyone curious about how songs are made. When ready, students can move on to our Intermediate Production class to take a deeper dive into audio editing, effects processing, and more advanced recording and mixing techniques.
