YMCA Youth Basketball includes basketball leagues, academies, and clinics where kids take part in practice, team building, skill growth, skills, drills, fun team play, and scrimmage. The program includes games played every Saturday during the season.
• Ages: 3–14 years old
• Schedule: Season dates are April 6–May 30, 2026, with games played every Saturday; leagues run for 8-week sessions, academies run for 4-week sessions, and clinics run for 3 days.
The YMCA states that its mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. Community sponsors for YMCA programs include Daniels Fund, Children's Hospital Colorado, Credit Union of Colorado, and Junior Nuggets. One parent shared, “Through YMCA Youth Sports, my daughter has been able to be active, make new friends and gain confidence.”
