Colorado Gymnastics Institute offers gymnastics training and gymnastics classes, including specific options such as Pre-School/Junior Gym, Mini/Mighty Mites, Beginner Recreational, Tumbling Classes, cheer & tumble, and a Pre-Team Program. The program also includes the USA Gymnastics Developmental Competitive Program Levels 2–10 and the USA Gymnastics Xcel Competitive Program, as well as Birthday Parties.

• Schedule: Session 4 runs June 1, 2026 through July 27, 2026; staff are available by phone Monday–Friday 10:00am–8:00pm and weekends 10:00am–1:00pm
Colorado Gymnastics Institute has been in business for over 40 years in the Denver, Aurora area and describes itself as Colorado's premier gymnastics facility with a 28,000 square foot space and advanced apparatus. The facility includes 6 full bar sets, 2 full-size trench/channel pits, 2 regulation size floors (Spieth and AAI), 15 high balance beams, 6 low balance beams, multiple resi and loose foam pits for beam, floor, bars, and vault, a 20-foot Tumbl Trak, a 30-foot Tumbl Trak, a 40-foot in-ground Tumbl Trak, 2 in-ground trampolines (one Euro-bed), and a full tumbling rod-floor leading into resi and loose foam pits. It also has a strength and conditioning area, a dance/party room, 3 vault tables and runways into pits, and over 350 parking spaces. The coaches are nationally recognized, and the teams are consistently ranked among the highest in the state.
