CATS Gymnastics

CATS Gymnastics offers Tumbling Tots Open Play for ages 1–5, Toddler & Caregiver for ages 1.5–3, Preschool Gymnastics for ages 3–4, and several gymnastics classes for older children, including Beginner Gymnastics, Intermediate Gymnastics, Advanced Gymnastics, and Ninja & Parkour. The program also includes Saturday Open Workout for ages 6+ and Adult Open Workout for ages 15+.

Programs

• Tumbling Tots Open Play — 1–5 years · Sundays and Fridays, 9:30–11:00 am · $15 per session · Crawling to 5 years; parents stay and play while staff guide the fun.
• Saturday Open Workout — 6+ · Saturday · $15 per session · Supervised, unstructured gym session; also listed as $135 for a 10-visit punch card.
• Toddler & Caregiver — 1.5 - 3 · $99 per month · You and your child work together on turns, directions, and basic gymnastics movements.
• Preschool Gymnastics — 3 - 4 · $125 per month · Builds social and classroom skills while exploring movement and basic gymnastics progressions.
• Beginner Gymnastics — 5 - 6 · $125 per month · Introduces gymnastics fundamentals such as shapes, rolls, headstands, handstands, and more.
• Beginner Gymnastics — 7 - 9 · $125 per month · Builds a foundation in cartwheels, handstands, beam walks, pullovers, and basic bar positions.
• Intermediate Gymnastics — 7 - 12 · $125 per month · Focuses on back hip circles, handsprings, and beam turns; recommended twice a week.
• Advanced Gymnastics — 7 - 12 · $125 per month · For mastering round-off back handsprings, beam handstands, and flips; recommended twice a week.
• Ninja & Parkour — 7 - 14 · $125 per month · Co-ed class with handsprings, precision obstacles, flips on trampoline, ninja challenges, and games.
• Adult Open Workout — 15+ · Monday–Thursday, 8:00–10:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM–1:30 PM · $15 per session · Supervised drop-in access to the full gym; participants work independently.

About the provider

CATS Gymnastics was founded by Rob Candelaria in 1988 and has served Boulder for over 35 years. Wendy Rein is also mentioned as helping lead and inspire the CATS community. The program is affiliated with USA Gymnastics, Safe Sport, and the Positive Coaching Alliance.
