About the provider

One Dojo was started in 2018. Abel Villacorta Sensei is the Founder & Executive Director of One Dojo and Head Instructor of Boulder Ki Aikido. Felicia Cain teaches the teens class and has been teaching and leading a committed group of teens at One Dojo since January 2025. The program description says One Dojo is a welcoming, Zen-inspired Boulder martial arts fitness center focused on personal growth, peace and non-competitive training, and it offers traditional Eastern mind-body practices emphasizing inner calmness, physical wellbeing, spiritual discipline, and harmony with nature. It has won Best of Boulder Best Martial Arts Studio from 2023-2025 and Best Yoga Studio in 2022.

One membership with monthly or punch-card memberships gives students full access to all regular, age-appropriate classes offered each week. New students can use an 8-day trial pass. The site also mentions trial or intro offers and private lessons.
