Little Fins Swim School offers Traditional 1-on-1 Private Lessons with 30-minute one-on-one private instruction in heated indoor pools. It also offers Pod Lessons with 2 to 5 swimmers, each with individual instructors and a Pod Leader, Infant Survival Swim Lessons using the Swim-Float-Swim method, Aqua Babies parent-child sessions, Swim & Save Flex Lessons, Jump Start Intensive Program, Mermaid Training, Floating Sound Baths, and Adaptive Swim Lessons with specialized teaching techniques for swimmers who learn differently.

Programs

• Traditional 1-on-1 Private Lessons — 6 months to adults · Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.; Saturday-Sunday 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. · 30-minute one-on-one private instruction in heated indoor pools. Available at both Colorado Springs locations.
• Pod Lessons — All ages · Team teaching format with 2-5 swimmers, each with individual instructors and a Pod Leader.
• Infant Survival Swim Lessons — 6 months to adults · Survival and safety-focused training using the Swim-Float-Swim method.
• Aqua Babies — 6 months to 5 years · Parent-child sessions for young swimmers.
• Swim & Save Flex Lessons — Discounted private lessons scheduled in designated flex time slots; packages must be used within 30 days of purchase.
• Jump Start Intensive Program — Five private lessons used within 7 days for accelerated learning.
• Mermaid Training — Themed swim training with real swimming technique, breath control, body awareness, and underwater strength.
• Floating Sound Baths — Adults-only aquatic relaxation experience in the heated pool.
• Adaptive Swim Lessons — Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.; Saturday-Sunday 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. · One-on-one instruction with specialized teaching techniques for swimmers who learn differently.

About the provider

Little Fins Swim School has taught thousands of Colorado Springs swimmers since 2013 and has spent over a decade on its one-on-one approach. The program is family-owned and locally operated, sponsors the #NoChildDrowns movement, hosts community events like Splash for the Brave, and offers a scholarship program for families needing financial assistance. It is a member of the United States Swim School Association and World’s Largest Swimming Lesson, supports Hope Floats Foundation, and was named Best of the Springs 2026 winner by The Gazette.

Trial assessment lessons are offered. Swim & Save packages expire 30 days from purchase. Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum commitment. 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Adaptive lessons cost the same as standard private instruction.
