About the provider
The Colorado Springs Vikings is a non-profit organization. It serves youth primarily in Southern Colorado Springs, including Harrison School District 2, Widefield School District 3, Fountain School District 8, Cheyenne Mountain School District 12, and southern Falcon School District 49. The program was recognized as a GOLD Level USA Football League again in 2023.
Pop Warner programs have no tryouts or cutting of rosters. Everyone participates under mandatory rules of play. Players are matched by age and weight levels. There are strict mandatory equipment requirements. Volunteers are welcomed and highly encouraged. All members of the Board of Directors and Coaches are volunteers.
