Pro Football Camp offers a youth football camp, a tournament, and a girls pro flag football camp. The program features current and former NFL and professional women football players as coaches, who teach proper football technique and football IQ and share their journeys and the character that it takes to play at the highest level.

Pro Football Camp was founded in 2006 by four people who wanted to give back to the Colorado Springs community. The program gives back to the community by hosting youth camps and a tournament and is supported by 100+ volunteers and numerous businesses. Pro Football Camp is committed to admitting every kid who wants to attend the camp so no kid is left behind and includes a scholarship program to make camps and the tournament available to all kids. The camp and all related activities are run with Christian values and ethics.
The leadership team includes Chairperson and Founder and Volunteer Marketing Director Teddi Domann; Board Member and Co-Founder Craig, who is a sports attorney, author/coach/speaker, and realtor; Executive Director Heidi Welge; Board Member and Former Professional Athlete Coach Paul; Board Member and Former Professional Athlete Coach JoJo; and Board Member and Quarterback Coach Brock. Teddi Domann received her Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Kansas in 1985 and has worked for McDonald’s Corporation, Bernstein-Rein Advertising, the United States Olympic Committee, and Sports America, Inc. Craig earned undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Kansas and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 1990; he is a licensed attorney, a member of the American Bar Association and the Missouri Bar, a certified public accountant, and a registered NFLPA Member Contract Advisor since 1990. Heidi Welge received her Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Criminal Justice from Southern Illinois at Carbondale and has worked with non-profit agencies to coordinate various services for adults with developmental disabilities in El Paso, Park, and Teller counties. Paul played in the NFL with the Carolina Panthers and Cleveland Browns, was an All-American wide receiver at CSU-Pueblo and leader on their 2014 National Title team, ran the Lionheart 7v7 League for kids 14–18 years old, owns Lionheart Training focusing on wide receiver development in Colorado Springs, and is currently the Wide Receiver Coach at CSU-Pueblo. JoJo played for the Indianapolis Colts and the Tennessee Titans, scored a touchdown from a blocked punt in week 15 against the Minnesota Vikings as a rookie, was AP 2nd Team All-American for the Nebraska Cornhuskers, and was MVP of the linebackers at the Senior Bowl in 2021. Brock played quarterback for the Louisville Cardinals, then in the German Football League where he led the Monarchs to a playoff run and reached the league championship, and was the starting quarterback for the Hungary Enthroners of the European League of Football.
Pro Football Camp’s mission is to ENCOURAGE and INSPIRE youth to develop themselves into the very best athletes and people they can be, and its stated desire is to impact kids in the community through an inspiring and encouraging camp designed to develop the very best athletes and people they can be.
