About
Revolution Dance Academy offers classes in ballet, jazz, hip-hop, acro, tap, modern, musical theater/broadway dance, contemporary/lyrical, and leaps and turns. The program also includes combination classes that blend ballet, tap, and creative movement, as well as summer dance camps, intensives, and an Annual Ballet Intensive.

Revolution Dance Academy describes itself as a premier studio for dancers, ages 3 to adult, and a training dance studio for students who are interested in exploring various dance styles. The studio offers recreational dance programs with instruction for all levels and abilities, and general classes include ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, combination classes and more, with dance classes available in all styles, ages, and levels. Summer RDA Dance Programs are held in June and July and include classes, summer dance camps, intensives with guest teachers, and more, and the Annual Ballet Intensive ends with a performance for parents and friends.
The dance program runs from August to June and ends with an annual recital. Students are given performance opportunities as part of a company of dancers, dance showcases, community service opportunities, workshops with master teachers, nutrition workshops, and career-related topics such as audition preparation. By audition only, Revolution provides the opportunity to be part of the company, and there are dance competition opportunities for groups and individuals through Performing Arts Ensembles (PAE) to participate in the company of dancers.
The mission at Revolution Dance Academy states that dance inspires self-expression, builds confidence, and fosters lifelong friendships, and the program’s mission includes helping children improve confidence, discipline, focus, and self-expression through dance. The studio provides dance classes to children and adults with an opportunity to explore dance, learn and develop solid technique, and enrich their appreciation for various forms of the performing arts. The team of dance instructors is described as having the experience and education to be innovative, inspiring, and dedicated to providing responsible, careful, thorough instruction for all levels and ages, and the studio has an award winning competition team.
