Starz Theater Company

Starz Theater Company offers Musical Theater Program classes for ages 4-18 with dance, vocal, and acting classes, plus group and solo lessons. It also offers Production Season large-scale musical productions for ages 9-18, with two full-scale musicals each year, and the Young Performer Summit for ages 10-18, a 3-day summer theater intensive with an onstage showcase.

About the provider

Starz Theater Company says its heart is to build a positive culture, uplifting community, and bright futures by developing well-rounded performers and young leaders. It is described as a faith-based arts program that empowers students with grit, grace, and gratitude for the arts and God’s Kingdom. Performers not enrolled at Turning Pointe may audition through community auditions, and casting opportunities are based on experience and available roles.

A student should be the age listed on the class by October 1st. Classes must have a minimum of 5 students or may be cancelled due to low enrollment. Online registration for the school year begins July 15 for returning and new students. Registration closes January 31, 2027. School year classes begin September 8, 2026. Class space is limited. Some classes require evaluation or teacher approval for placement.
