Summer Day Camp at We Rock the Spectrum

Summer Day Camp at We Rock the Spectrum includes open play every day, all equipment in the gym, and an arts and crafts section. The camp also includes a camp t-shirt, snacks, and all activities. It is for children ages 3+ who are potty trained, and 1:1 staffing is available for a child needing more support for an additional fee after an intake call.

Programs

• Summer Day Camp at We Rock the Spectrum — 3+ (must be potty trained) · 5 full days of camp; weekdays Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-12:30 PM for CIT program · Includes camp t-shirt, snacks, and all activities; open play incorporated daily; 1:1 staffing available for a child needing more support; intake call required; additional fee applies for 1:1 staffing.
• Coach-In-Training (CIT) Program — middle and high school students · Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-12:30 PM · $40 per week · Participants can join for one week or all eight weeks; discounted additional weeks at $30; includes t-shirt, daily lunch and snacks, a certificate of completion, and a documented service hours log.

About the provider

The mission statement says the program is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and fun environment to foster learning, exploration, and safe sensory experiences. The leadership team includes Courtney Lewis-Utrata, Chief Executive Officer; Jeff Utrata, Chief Operations Officer; Lorrie DeLoach, Financial Manager; and Lindsey Salazar, Program Director. Through the nonprofit My Brother Rocks The Spectrum Foundation, the organization provides social skills groups and activities for children across the spectrum.
