HERO Kids Sports offers an 11-sport curriculum that includes baseball, basketball, football, floor hockey, gymnastics, kickball, lacrosse, soccer, track and field, and volleyball. The program also includes Mindfulness Yoga, gym games, obstacle courses, arts and crafts, water play, free play, brain games, and playground time.
