HERO Kids Sports offers an 11-sport curriculum that includes Baseball, Basketball, Football, Floor Hockey, Gymnastics, Kickball, Lacrosse, Soccer, Track and Field, Volleyball, and Mindfulness Yoga. The program also includes Gym Games, Obstacle Courses, arts & crafts, water play, free play, brain games, and playground time as part of its activities.

HERO Kids Sports describes itself as an innovative, non-competitive sports enrichment program for kids ages 2–12 years old that teaches the fundamentals of sports and the values of teamwork in a fun and encouraging environment. Children’s Hospital Colorado and HERO Kids Sports partner to support the health and wellness of young athletes, and Children’s Hospital Colorado delivers expert, pediatric-focused sports medicine care, including sports nutrition, sports psychology, and comprehensive specialty and preventive care. One parent shared, “We had HERO Sports lead an activity at my son's 4th birthday party. The kids had the best time and Paige was wonderful with getting everyone to participate. I would highly recommend hiring them for a bday or event!”
