YMCA of Metro Denver Summer Camp

YMCA of Metro Denver Summer Camp includes weekly field trips, playing outside, arts and crafts, youth sports, games, and swim lessons. Campers can take part in activities such as basketball, art, cooking, and learning kitchen skills and nutrition knowledge. Some camp options include white water rafting, high ropes courses, and mountain biking.

For 150 years, the Denver Y has been a community where people belong, thrive and strengthen spirit, mind and body for all. The YMCA is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. The YMCA of Metro Denver is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit social services organization dedicated to Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility. The YMCA of Metro Denver offers Day Camp, Adventure Camp, Basketball Camp, Culinary Camp, and Kinder Camp, as well as Before Camp Care and After Camp Care that include art and games. Summer Camp scholarships are available for families, and overnight camp options are offered through partner YMCAs in Colorado, including Camp Chief Ouray in Granby, Camp Shady Brook in Deckers, and Camp Tumbleson Lake in Ward. The YMCA of Metro Denver states that it addresses critical issues in youth development, healthy living and social responsibility and elevates lives by uniting people, purpose and partnerships so that together the community rises.
