About
Youth on Record offers free in-school programs, afterschool music workshops, open studio time, Open Mic events, studio booking, creative enrichment classes, podcast production internship, Podcast Camp, The Fellowship, Middle School Summer Camp, and YOR Fest. Its studio programs are free, and Open Mic includes backline equipment such as a drum kit, guitar and bass amps, electric piano, microphones, and DI and Aux.

- Open Mic — 11-24 · First Friday, 5:00-8:00 pm · Free monthly performance opportunity for young and emerging artists at the YOR Youth Media Studio.
- Studio Booking — 14-24 · Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 3:00-7:00 pm · Free studio space booking in 110-minute time slots.
- Young Creatives Campus — 18-24 · Wednesdays, 7:00-9:00 pm · Community for young artists to use the studio, collaborate, jam, rehearse, and work on creative projects.
- Creative Enrichment Classes — middle and high school students · afterschool · Hands-on creative learning experiences in music and media arts.
- Podcast Production Internship — 18-24 · Media arts internship.
- Podcast Camp — High School · Media arts camp.
- The Fellowship — 18-24 · 11-month paid intensive program for young musicians.

About the provider
Youth on Record’s mission is to empower young creatives to achieve their artistic, personal, and academic best by employing Colorado musicians and artists as their coaches and mentors. The program served over 1,700 students last year with free music education programming.
