Mile High Dance Center

Mile High Dance Center offers Tutu Toddlers, Tot Hop, Twirl and Tap, Jazz/Tap Combo, Hip Hop/Tumbling Combo, Ballet Level 1 & 2, Acro Level 1, Sparkle Squad (Pom), Turns & Jumps Level 1, Ballet Level 1, Hip Hop Level 2, and Ballet Level 2. The weekly schedule for the 2026-2027 season runs August 10, 2026 through June 2027, and class offerings are sorted by age with open enrollment year-round.

About the provider

Lauren Stengel is the owner of Mile High Dance Center. The mission statement says the program is focused on empowering dancers to build strength, refine technique, and believe in themselves.

Open enrollment; accepts new students all year long. Dancer must be the correct age at time of enrollment. Registration opens July 29-31 and priority is based on membership status. Limited to the first 80 students for premium member pricing; lockers are an additional $50 per dancer and are limited to the first 80 students. Prices will increase $15 after Monday, July 28.
