Collindale Golf Academy Junior Programs

Collindale Golf Academy Junior Programs offers junior golfers activities that include Swing Break Camp Collindale, Spring Break CC Swing Break Beginner Academy, Camp Collindale, Collindale Kiddos, PGA Junior League, and clinics at beginner and intermediate levels. Program activities cover putting, chipping, full swing, course time, games to develop coordination, weekly practices, competitions, tournaments, and leagues. Additional services connected to the academy include marketing, merchandising, management, custom club fitting, private lessons, junior clinics, and ladies clinics.

Earl Gerlach serves as PGA Director of Instruction, and Vince Buelk serves as PGA Director of Golf for Collindale Golf Academy Junior Programs. Swing Break Camp Collindale is a 20-hour class that runs Monday, March 16 through Friday, March 20, 2026, from 10:00am to 2:00pm and includes lunch every day. Spring Break Beginner Academy runs Monday, March 16 through Friday, March 20, 2026, from 2:30pm to 4:00pm and covers fundamentals of the full swing, putting, chipping, course time, and games to develop coordination. Camp Collindale is a 5-day, 20-hour junior camp that includes putting, chipping, full swing, plenty of time on the course, and lunch each day.

PGA Junior League at Collindale Golf Academy has practices on Wednesdays from 5:30pm to 7:00pm and games on Saturdays with tee times starting at 3:40. PGA Junior League is described as “2 Squads, 1 Course…1 Smashing Good Time! Think Baseball or soccer teams but for Golf,” and the experience is described as promoting skill building, problem solving, accountability, and fun, with practices and competitions geared to developing players.

Collindale Kiddos is for ages 5–6, includes an Academy logoed golf hat, and provides golf clubs if needed, with the first class starting in June and a listed first class date of June 10. Sport Level “Beginner” is for ages 7–17 in one listing and ages 7–13 in another listing, includes an Academy logoed golf hat, provides golf clubs if needed, and has its first class starting in May with a listed first class date of June 1. Player Level “Intermediate” is for ages 7–17 in one listing and ages 9–15 in another listing, includes an Academy logoed golf hat, is described as a good next step after the Sport Level clinic, and has its first class starting in June with a listed first class date of June 8.

Gift certificates are available through the program, and winter fittings are available. Vince Buelk has recognition as the #1 Men’s Instructor and #3 Juniors Instructor for the state of Colorado. Collindale received national recognition from the PGA of America as the #1 Public Golf Pro Shop in the country.
