i9 Sports Youth Leagues, Camps & Clinics states its mission as helping kids succeed in life through sports by providing a youth sports experience that teaches the importance of good sportsmanship on the field and in life. The program is described as the nation’s largest multi-sport provider focused solely on high-quality, community-based youth sports programs, with over 5 million registrations in communities across the country. Programs are optimized for developmental milestones at each age group, and each week one of nine sportsmanship values is integrated into practice and game play across all age groups, with a sportsmanship medal awarded to a player who best demonstrates the weekly sportsmanship value. Youth soccer leagues help kids ages 3–14 discover and build a love of soccer, sportsmanship, and athletics, and beginner-friendly youth basketball leagues allow kids ages 5–14 to learn and grow as athletes. Flag football leagues frequently run year-round, are beginner-friendly, and are available nationwide. Nike Kids Camps powered by i9 Sports are designed for campers ages 5–12, with age groups broken out to ensure age-appropriate skills. The program is described as convenient for today’s busy families.
