Extended Hours Program

The Extended Hours Program offers Extended Hours Summer Camps for children ages 5 to 11. The camps include STEM learning activities, arts and crafts, science experiments, creative writing, organized group games, weekly on-site water days, weekly Swim Days at Lincoln Park Pool, field trips around the Grand Valley, educational enrichment, homework time, and open-ended activities. The program also offers Before & After School Care at multiple school sites and Full Day care on teacher workdays, conference days, no contract days, and most school holidays at two centrally located sites.

Programs

• Extended Hours Summer Camps — 5-6-7-8-9-10-11 · Monday-Friday, 6:30 am-6:00 pm · $47 per day · Daily rate. No 1/2 day option available. $55.00 activity fee per child due at registration.
• Before & After School Care — 5-6-7-8-9-10-11 · Offered at multiple school sites.
• Full Day (no school days) — 5-6-7-8-9-10-11 · Offered on teacher workdays, conference days, no contract days, and most school holidays at two centrally located sites.

The purpose of the Extended Hours Program is to provide a comfortable, safe, and interesting environment for children. The program is designed to meet the needs of children who will be or have already spent a challenging day in school.

Extended Hours Summer Camps are full of activities and include STEM learning activities, arts and crafts, science experiments, creative writing, organized group games, weekly on-site water days, weekly Swim Days at Lincoln Park Pool, and several field trips around the Grand Valley. The program offers educational enrichment, homework time, and open-ended activities. Full Day care requires an online reservation form and payment information to secure reservation. Spots are limited and filled on a first come first serve basis.
