Golden Gymnastics

Golden Gymnastics offers co-ed Beginner Tumbling, co-ed Intermediate Tumbling, and Co-ed Beginner Gymnastics. Beginner Tumbling meets Thursdays at 4:30 pm and costs $100 per month. Intermediate Tumbling meets Fridays at 6:00 pm and costs $100 per month. Co-ed Beginner Gymnastics meets Wednesday at 9:00 am and costs $65 per month.

Programs

• Beginner Tumbling — ages 6 & up · Thursdays at 4:30 pm · $100 per month · Co-ed. Builds tumbling skills, strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence.
• Intermediate Tumbling — ages 6 & up · Fridays at 6:00 pm · $100 per month · Co-ed. For athletes who have mastered the basics and want to progress to more advanced tumbling skills.
• Co-ed Beginner Gymnastics — Wednesday at 9:00 am · $65 per month · Perfect for gymnasts who are new to the sport. No prior gymnastics experience is required.
• Adult Tricking Class — 18+ · $25 per class · Adult gymnastics classes for ages 18+ of all experience levels.
• Adult Open Gym — adults · Friday nights 6:30-8:00 pm · Gymnastics open gym for adults.

About the provider

Golden Gymnastics has a 12,000 square foot facility and state-of-the-art equipment. Classes are year-round with month-to-month enrollment and one class per week. Tuition is pro-rated per week if a child starts mid-month, classes can be ended any time, and all coaches are background checked and safety certified by USA Gymnastics. Coaches also participate in continued training and education each month.
