About
Adrenaline Gymnastics Academy offers preschool gymnastics for girls and boys ages 18 months to 4 years, recreational gymnastics for girls and boys ages 5 and up, and USAG competition teams for girls and boys ages 5 and up. It also offers kids night out with gymnastics games, obstacle courses, and free play; birthday parties with trampolines, foam pits, obstacle courses, and games; and camps and clinics with week-long day camps, games, skill-building, and focused clinics for gymnasts.
Programs
- Preschool gymnastics — Girls and Boys, Ages 18 months–4 years · Classes for structured and semi-structured first steps into the gym. Built to develop strength, balance, coordination, and early confidence.
- Recreational gymnastics — Girls and Boys, Ages 5+ · Full programs or a tumbling-only track, with real coaching every step of the way.
- USAG competition teams — Girls and Boys, Ages 5+ · Competitive program includes the USAG Development Program, Xcel, and International Elite.
