Momentum Athletic Center offers gymnastics, cheer, tumbling, ninja, NINJAgility, preschool movement, Baby & Me movement classes, preschool gymnastics, camps, birthday parties, clinics, Parent’s Night Out events, holiday parades and performances, Nerf Wars, crafts, and games. The program includes action-packed camps and parties with themes such as Ninja, Nerf Wars, Tumbling, and Cheer, along with clinics that are open to the public. Its gymnastics curriculum follows USAG Junior Olympic standards and includes a clear path from foundational skills to team competition, and Elite and Prep All Star Cheer Teams train in a state-of-the-art cheer facility.

Momentum Athletic Center was founded in 2015 and is celebrating its 10th Anniversary in 2026, with support from the community for nearly a decade. The program is led by The Warr Family. Expert coaches bring world-class experience and early childhood education backgrounds to every class. Momentum Athletic Center has award-winning programs in gymnastics, cheer, tumbling, ninja, and preschool movement, and is home to an award-winning developmental program; the Platinum team earned top scores at the 2026 Denver Winterfest Classic.
Teaching life skills, personal integrity and character are stated as the cornerstones of the program’s philosophy, with a mission to put kids first, always. The program focuses on physical progress, emotional growth, personal development, and building a community where families feel supported and seen, with a pledge to build strong kids, support families, and give back to the community that has supported it for nearly a decade.
Momentum Athletic Center serves families across Parker, Castle Rock, Elizabeth, and Douglas County, and participates in community activities such as marching in Parker’s holiday parade, hosting trunk-or-treats at local elementary schools, sponsoring neighborhood events, and supporting families through programs like Developmental Pathways, with another community event planned for 2026. Momentum’s MOJO Shoppe features local makers and select vendors so customers can support small businesses, and the program also holds restaurant nights such as a fundraiser at Parker Noodles to support the COMAC Booster Club. Gift certificates are available and can be used for classes, camps, events, or items from the MOJO Shoppe.
Unique features include two thriving facilities serving families across Douglas County, the Lil Movers preschool gym, digital skill-tracking and video apps for families to watch progress, and a state-of-the-art cheer facility for Elite and Prep All Star Cheer Teams.
