Over the last 14 years, Parker Art School has been run by Mrs Sadi together with her husband, Mr Kyle, as a family owned and operated studio. The program uses the Monart Method, which teaches the individual to draw using The Five Basic Elements of Shape, and students explore a wide range of subject matter, media, and artistic techniques so they may develop their skills at their own pace. The mission of Parker Art School is that students learn that there are no mistakes in art and everyone can learn to draw.
Mrs Sadi got her first job working in a ceramic studio at 13 and by 19 owned her own art business specialized in watercolors, clay, ceramics, and photography, and over the last 14 years she has run her studio with her husband and worked internationally as well as locally as a professional artist and portrait/travel photographer. Mr Kyle went to college for Graphic Design and over the last decade has worked as a professional wedding videographer and drone videographer. Parker Art School partners with local libraries, education centers, and schools to offer art experiences for all ages and is available for private events, book clubs, team-building sessions, and special gatherings.
All materials are included for stained glass classes, and all materials are included for adult clay hand-building classes, with every project fired and finished in the professional ceramic studio. All materials are also provided for off-site classes and workshops.
