RoughRiders Baseball & Softball offers Youth Baseball for ages 9U-14U, Youth Softball, and High School Baseball for ages 15U-18U. It also offers The Armory Training, a year-round baseball throwing development program, along with 1-on-1 lessons with expert coaches and Athlete Membership.

- General schedule: Youth fall baseball will compete in the Brighton USSSA Fall League, with games on Sundays in September and October. High school fall games run from September through the end of October with weekend games and structured weekday training. Fall training is 8 weeks and offers 1, 2, 3, or 4 days per week.

The youth baseball program is a training-based development system focused on fundamentals, strong mechanics, game intelligence, and long-term player growth. Registration opens July 23, 2026. Deadline for registration is 2 hours before tryouts begin. Returning RoughRiders players do not need to try out again if they receive an offer letter for the next year; otherwise they need to try out. Softball tryouts have been completed for the 2027 season.
