Telluride Ski and Snowboard Club Youth Programs offers youth programs in all disciplines of skiing and snowboarding. Families can use a portal login via Ski Club Pro to check calendars, pertinent dates, and upcoming events for these youth programs.

The leadership team includes Executive Director Justin Chandler, Programs Manager/Controller Maggie McNally, and Eric Speck, PT. Justin Chandler has earned three state level coaching licenses and one national coaching license for soccer and two national coaching certifications for ski coaching, and is a certified Referee, Chief of Race, Alpine Official, Jury Advisor, and Timing and Calculations. Maggie is USSA Level 100 mogul certified and USSA Level 100 aerial. Eric is a Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer (ret) and founded and directed a sports orthopedic physical therapy clinic in Sitka for 20 years and was the Director of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine for SEARHC, a regional hospital serving Southeast Alaska. Eric continues to serve on the State Sports Medicine Advisory Committee for ASAA (Alaska School Activities Association).
In 2006, Justin was named to the Kennett High School Hall of Fame for his accomplishments both as an athlete and a coach. In 2014, Justin completed the El Pomar Non Profit Executive Leadership Program at the El Pomar Center for Creative Leadership in Colorado Springs. In 2016, Justin was named to the coaching staff for the U.S. Soccer/Colorado Soccer Association Olympic Development Program representing Western Colorado. Justin has served on the board of directors for the Just For Kids Foundation for over three years, serving young children, students, and nonprofit organizations throughout the San Miguel Watershed.
