Crème de la Crème Learning Center Programs include activities such as coding, robotics and coding, S.T.E.A.M. (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics), STEM, and creative studios. Children take part in story time, songs, music, movement, creative movement, theater, language arts, and creative expression. The programs also offer culinary education, learning another language with options including Spanish and Mandarin, and active play and outdoor play using sports fields, play structures, gym spaces, tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer, kickball, and baseball fields, with some centers featuring an on-site water park and bowling alley.

Crème de la Crème Learning Center Programs use a whole-child, research-based curriculum with age-appropriate day care programs that include infant care for babies 6 weeks and older, toddler care for ages 1 to 2, private preschool for ages 2 to 4, an after-school program for ages 5 to 12, and a summer camp program for ages 5 to 12. Programs include Signature Enrichments in STEM, Spanish, Music, and Art, and private preschool curriculum is delivered in brief, 30-minute intervals. The kindergarten curriculum aligns with local, state, and federal guidelines, and infant care includes baby sign language as part of the curriculum. The classroom rotation model has children start their day with their primary teacher and then rotate to different enrichment classrooms. All-inclusive tuition covers supplies such as diapers, educational and art supplies, linens, meals, snacks, and access to amenities, so families do not need to provide these items. Crème de la Crème learning centers use state-of-the-art buildings and secure buildings outfitted with advanced systems for safety, and classrooms and equipment support hands-on learning. The staff at Crème de la Crème are CPR- and first-aid-certified, and the program maintains a low student-to-teacher ratio in infant care, toddler care, and after-school programs.
Summer camp programming includes community and family events, field trips, guest speakers, homework help, snacks, and activities such as sports, outdoor play, and creative projects.
