Butterfly Pavilion camps are licensed as a School-Age Child Care Center in the State of Colorado. Camp registration closes one week before the start date, camps do not maintain a waitlist, flexible payment plan options are available, and scholarships are available for up to 25% of camp cost for qualifying students. Cancellations with at least 3 weeks notice are charged a 10% processing fee and the remainder is refunded; cancellations with less than 3 weeks notice, including absence due to illness, receive no refund.
